I originally purchased my bike (Whyte Dean gravel) from this store in Feb 22 and bought into a two year service plan. Nearly two years later I’ve just collected the bike and thought the customer service worth a mention. Cycle mechanic Jem (who originally advised & sold me the bike) couldn’t have been more helpful. Once he learnt that I had recently been on a ‘Home Maintenance’ course, he spent loads of time with me going through different options (including upgrades: which included tubeless tires and crank set). In addition to the service I had some work done on the bike… Jem estimated the cost and reassuringly agreed a budget (which if it were to be exceeded would require a phone call approval). Highly satisfied, a highly experienced mechanic and I would highly recommend! Thanks!

Really great advice and help from the service team. I took my bike to them yesterday, and they set my bike up perfectly. Jamie was very knowledgable and advised me of how the bikes gearing works I then did the 23 mile round rip of Rutland Water. Thanks again guys. 👍

Hired two bikes for the day to ride around Rutland Water with my children. The staff were brilliant at helping to set the bikes up and ensure they were comfortable. They gave us a map and a phone number we could call in case of any problems. Awesome day with my kids with a delicious meal at The Jockey half way round. Will definitely be doing this again (when I have recovered from today 😝)

Fantastic service on our first time hiring bikes here. Could not have asked for more. Puncture half way round was sorted with a swift visit to swap the bike over when we were just 5km from finishing!!! Excellent value for money.

A really wonderfully rejuvenating experience, fantastic views, whether you want to see some beautiful nature, take a break and make yourself feel good or push yourself the bike ride is completely worth it. 23 miles around nature, definitely will be back.

Hired an E-tandem for the day and did the full circuit. Great fun and easy to master. Staff at Rutland Cycles were great, really friendly and full of advice for best routes etc. Definitely recommend for a different day out, plenty of places to stop and have a drink/rest along the way!
